    We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Te Pūriri o Te Ora Directorate Leadership Team.
    This is a fast-paced and varied role - you will never be bored! You will draw on your skills in efficiency, proactivity, organisation, professionalism, communication and confidentiality.   • Experience in diary and email management for senior managers
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and work autonomously
  • Experience in planning, prioritising, and working under pressure
  • High standards including accuracy, attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative team skills and excellence in building and fostering relationship
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability
  • Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
  • A proven use of initiative skills and experience in planning, prioritising, and working under pressure
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change.
