Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to Directors
  • Provide full administrative/secretarial support to the Director, business support (including travel arrangements,
  • managing daily calendar & schedules, appointment scheduling and drafting of correspondences, etc)
  • Assist the Director daily tasks and follow-up closely
  • Assist Directors in monitoring all payment schedule
  • Assist Director on monitoring, follow ups and updates on task assigned to employees
  • Consolidate reports from all departments on a routine.
  • Prepare reports in Excel, Word or PowerPoint format
  • Take minutes and follow up
  • Assist in daily operation, HR, admin, accounting work and etc.
  • Assist in daily translation work
  • Preparation and submit for petty cash claim for Director’s expenses.
  • Gather information for external or respective parties, eg. Sub-contractor on their queries and/or collaboration
  • Support on any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Business Management or any other field
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Skilled at Microsoft Words, Excel and/or PowerPoint
  • Detailed and have strong execution skills
  • Able to multi task, task oriented & prioritized well
  • Pleasant looking
  • Organized & a team player
  • Independent & meticulous
  • Good in organizational, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Confident, dependable, discreet, and diplomatic.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Possess own vehicle & class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
