Description:

Currently we are looking to hire an experienced Medical Receptionist/PA to support multiple Genea Specialists - working between the CBD.
This role will see you providing support to our Fertility Specialist (Bookings, administration and general support) as well as front desk reception and administrative support to the clinic. It is a varied role that will see you using your skills and experience, with plenty of opportunity to make this job your own!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist/ PA for this role, someone who is confident in working on a front desk reception while providing a range of administrative support tasks (a real multitasker).
To be successful in this role you will have excellent administration skills, confidence with learning new systems, the ability to work in a busy role and exceptional customer service skills (this is key to the service & care we provide our Genea patients).
Flexibility will be key to your success in this this, this clinic and our Fertility Practice is growing so we are looking for some who is keen to grow with us and diversity your skills as you go!
