Responsibilities:

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:

You will be responsible for providing direct, high-level support to the General Manager (GM) and the Board of Directors. Your duties will include ensuring the smooth operation of the organization by handling administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence and minutes, making travel and conference arrangements, and handling various office activities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO – RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Professionally interacting with high-level business leaders
  • Ensuring smooth communication between the General Manager and stakeholders
  • Managing travel arrangements for the General Manager and Board of Directors
  • Supporting Board Members with administrative and operational tasks
  • Assisting visiting VPs and SVPs with agendas, meetings, accommodation, and transport
  • Organizing company events, meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
  • Independently handling certain issues while maintaining firm policy understanding
  • Assisting with business documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Processing expense reports using Concur
  • Handling correspondence for the General Manager.
