Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking the services of a professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Asset Management in GPT’s Office portfolio.
This varied role includes inbox and diary management, proactive management of meetings and associated documentation, travel bookings, expense processing, invoice & file management, formatting of reports and presentations, as well as general office administration.
The Personal Assistant will be comfortable liaising at a senior level and be able to build rapport with other PA and EA’s across the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Providing efficient, professional delivery of administrative, secretarial and business support to the Head of Asset Management, Office as well as other Senior Manager sin the Office Asset Management area as required.
  • Diary managing multiple diaries and conflicting requests whilst maintaining accuracy and capturing requirements for meetings, conferences and travel plans. As well as, coordinating meetings and events with internal / external stakeholders, including; booking rooms, preparation of agendas, distribution of materials and catering (when required).
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents, including formatting reports and presentations in accordance with company brand guidelines.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and travel consultancy to ensure efficient coordination of routes, connections and times in accordance with GPT Travel Policy.
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices, ensuring statements are processed correctly and efficiently each month as well as expenses processing and management
