Description:

The Hospital Operations team at Singleton and Neath Port Talbot Hospital are looking for an experienced administrative support. The role is a personal assistant/administration support to the senior hospital operations team and the Associate Director and Deputy Head of Nursing as well as the wider team. You will also work closely with the current personal assistants to the Unit Director, Medical Director and Unit Nurse Director.
The role with require working across both sites (Singleton & Neath Port Talbot).
Main duties of the post include
Diary management using outlook/ Microsoft 360.
Meeting management including meeting set up, note/ minute taking for several HB local meetings based around our clinically optimised inpatient wards & Hospital Operations Site meetings. The content includes Infection Control, Quality Safety & Risk (including falls, pressure areas and other key performance indicators, Health & Safety, Patient Flow).
Administrative duties including recruitment support, management of staff’s personal files working within the parameters of GDPR regulations and other clerical duties to support the Hospital Operations team.
Answering enquiries and queries in relation to Hospital Operations business within the remit of the of the post or signposting caller to relevant persons for resolution.
