Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
VELUX ANZ have an exciting opportunity for an PA to join the team in Alexandria, Sydney on a part time basis. This role is responsible for providing support across the Australia & New Zealand business unit. We are looking for a motivated Personal Assistant and Office Administrator who is collaborative and strong team player. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This is a permanent part time position 3 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintain calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and engagements for the Market Director
- Providing timely and effective administrative support to stakeholders, including expenses, budgets, catering and meeting related needs.
- Organisation of domestic and detailed international business-related travel
- End-to-end event management of internal and external team business activities, including various monthly and quarterly business meetings
- Collate and manage documents requiring approval by senior stakeholders
- Maintain team organisation chart and contact lists
- Proactive preparation of agendas, minutes, consolidating of presentations, and liaising with presenters.
- New team member introductions and on-boarding
- General office administration
