We are seeking an energetic and genuine team player to join our friendly staff in the Cairns Region as a Personal Banking Consultant.
As a Personal Banking Consultant, you will be expertly skilled across our products and services to educate Members on the features, benefits, set up and ongoing use.
This is a full-time position based on a 38 hour work week. The role is primarily based in the Earlville branches however you may be required to work at any branch within the Cairns and Far North region.
Selection Criteria

To be eligible to apply for this position you must demonstrate the following:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and supervisory experience
• Effective sales skills
• Effective listening and communication skills
• Ability to positively adapt to change
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High school certificate or similar qualification
• Lending experience (desired)
