Description:
JOB SCOPE:
- Responsible for overseeing resident care, including program development, hygiene maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
- Manage resident interview records and feedback, ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Coordinate outing events and participate in care planning.Communicate with colleagues regarding duty handovers according to SOPs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in any discipline or GCE ‘A’ Level holder.
- Experience in Social Service sector or Healthcare is preferred.Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift, weekends and Public Holidays, Mon to Sun (rotating shift 5 day a week).
