About the role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Personal Injury team.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring that we are providing a professional and high standard of client service
  • Assisting in coordinating the Partner’s board and facilitation commitments
  • Preparation of documents, briefs, and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients directly when scheduling and assisting with queries
  • Assisting with billing and finance processes
  • Opening and closing matters, copying, archiving, e-filing and file management

About you

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

  • Previous legal administrative experience in Personal Injury
  • A high attention to detail and very good organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Affinity software and proven ability to learn new technology
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage competing priorities
  • Be resilient to change and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit excellent time management and communication skills
  • A strong commitment to go above and beyond for clients
  • Confidence, proactivity and ‘can do’ approach
