We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating on behalf of individuals who have been injured due to negligence or wrongdoing. As a member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by pursuing justice and maximizing compensation for their injuries.Compensation:

$110,000 - $120,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

  • Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management and the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of developments in personal injury law and procedural rules to provide informed and effective representation.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Experience practicing personal injury law.
  • Proven track record of success in handling personal injury cases, including trial experience.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice.
