PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL

We are looking to recruit a permanent full-time Paralegal with an excellent track record in the field of Personal Injury litigation to assist a two partners with a busy multi track caseloads.
The successful candidate will have good experience in a supporting role, be an excellent litigator with good communication and organisational skills. In addition the ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a team, be proactive, work well under pressure and deal with deadlines and have the enthusiasm to learn quickly.
It is essential that the successful candidate has relevant experience of assisting senior fee earners with Multi-Track cases and in all aspects of PI work and have experience of using a case management system. Experience of dealing with litigated cases is essential.
The role will involve various duties including dealing with clients and other parties, attending meetings and note taking, drafting correspondence, preparing court and other documents, reviewing medical records and medical reports, carrying out quantum and general research, preparing schedules of loss and drafting witness statements. In addition the role will involve carrying out general administrative tasks such as copying, collating bundles for court and other parties, managing diaries and dealing with invoices.
