Description:

We are seeking to recruit a Personal Injury Trust Advisor to support the administrative function of the Personal Injury Trust Team.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including legal representatives
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Possess an exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills and confident in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other applications
The ability to co-operate with colleagues as part of a team

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Maths & English Language GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above

Responsibilities:

Preparing and processing of trust deed documents
Administering of bank application forms
Requesting relevant identification documents from clients
Processing relevant documentation
Input and maintain information to ensure internal systems and files are kept up to date and in the relevant place
To liaise directly with clients via telephone, email, and written correspondence
To liaise directly with solicitors and professional deputies, via telephone, email and written correspondence
Provide advice regarding viability of Trust
Provide advice and assistance in respect of cases allocated and client requirements
Undertake all trust referrals allocated following published procedures
Maintain KPIs to published standards
Maintain current knowledge of Trust requirements and attend any training as deemed necessary
Managing the departments incoming and outgoing mail
Scanning /photocopying/filing of client related documents
Recording and processing clients cheques
Preparing and sending out invoices
Manage smaller pieces of work to completion, either standalone or as part of larger projects to support achievement of business objectives
Other administrative tasks for the various departments and the wider team as required
