Description:

A Top 15 Accounting Practice located a short walk from Liverpool Street station is currently recruiting for a Personal Tax Assistant Manager
In this Personal Tax Assistant Manager job you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients, as well as being the primary point of contact, attending client meetings, and delivering advice.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients including HNWI, Partnership, OMB clients, non-UK dom/res matters, property owning clients
  • Report writing and delivering advice to your clients, support Managers/Directors/Partners with other ad-hoc advisory
  • Dealing with a wider variety of CGT matters
  • Knowledge of international tax principles such as double tax relief
  • Inheritance tax planning, trusts and estates
  • Advising on EIS, VCT and SEIS investment reliefs
  • Proactively seek business development opportunities with current and new clients
  • Management of junior staff members, typically around three individuals

Ideally you will be ATT and/or CTA qualified (study support is offered) with proven experience as a Senior or Assistant Manager in an Accounting Practice.
