We are a growing team looking for a People Operations Partner in the HR/People department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin office.

Responsibilities:

As a People Operations Partner you are the first point of contact for most of your colleagues. You will work on all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. There is also opportunity to work on strategic projects while you collaborate with other departments in the People organization. While your main focus will be collaborating with your German colleagues, there will be scope to work with your colleagues based in Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid…

Some of your daily tasks will include the following. We are looking for people with a broad range of knowledge/skills but there is scope to be an expert on our team as well.

  • Prepare employment agreements and handle general contract management
  • Assist international newcomers with visa processes and integration in Berlin
  • Contribute to team projects, such as HRIS integration…there is opportunity to get involved in your passion projects!
  • Support with HR reporting that is needed for many stakeholders in the organization
  • Organize and manage personnel records by utilizing internal HRIS
  • Ensure a smooth transition from candidate offer to newcomer onboarding all the way to offboarding
