We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Local Client Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Brisbane.
As a key contributor, you’ll report to the Business Manager and play a pivotal role in driving new business sales while nurturing existing client relationships in line with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience within the recruitment/labour hire industry (essential)
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the recruitment industry or any of the industries we service (as listed above)
- Proven track record in high-level sales
- Strong negotiation skills and client-centric approach
- Team player with a goals-focused mentality
- Familiarity with best practice recruitment processes
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As our Client Development Manager, you’ll spearhead our sales efforts, driving new business while nurturing existing client relationships. Your goal? To expand our client base and foster organic growth within our diverse portfolio.
Effectively communicate and deliver our comprehensive recruitment services to clients within our chosen markets.
You’ll focus on cultivating new relationships, engaging in face-to-face client meetings, and presenting compelling proposals. Additionally, you’ll drive gap analysis and seize opportunities within your designated portfolio to achieve both new sales and organic account growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business Development (Approximately 70-80%)
- Convert new business within designated target markets
- Engage in face-to-face client meetings to forge strong relationships
- Prepare and submit persuasive client proposals
- Take ownership of GAP analysis, identifying and pursuing opportunities
- Implement effective business plans to drive growth
- Ensure sales expansion within assigned state-based national accounts
- Regularly report on sales performance and growth in your portfolio
Organic Account Growth and Service Delivery Support (Approximately 20-30%)
- Implement strategies to foster organic growth within existing accounts
- Conduct service reviews with designated accounts, implementing action plans
- Monitor and report on sales performance within assigned accounts
- Record accurate job vacancy information from clients
- Provide expert advice and assistance, upholding top-tier service standards
