Your opportunity
As a Pest Management Officer you will provide high quality pest management services utilising best practice processes to achieve positive environmental and public health outcomes for the community. We are seeking applicants who have knowledge of pest management, chemical handling and safety, and best practice protocols, relevant public health and environmental issues and regulatory requirements.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW WHO:

Has well developed knowledge and understanding of pest management, chemical handling and safety, fire ant and mosquito control technology and best practice protocols.
Has experience in the interpretation and application of legislation applicable to the pest management functions.
Has demonstrated experience in undertaking and participating in a range of technical tasks and projects relating to pest management such as habitat modification, pest surveillance & treatment and vermin control and biosecurity matter (fire ant) control.
