EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of administrative and well file management
  • Upstream Petroleum Industry Certificate an asset
  • Business Administration Diploma
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong prioritization skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Petrinex required
  • Technical oil and gas knowledge is an asset

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time (20-30 Hours per week) hybrid Petroleum Records Administrator on our team. Mancal Energy Inc. is a well-established oil and gas company with a proven track record of successful exploration and building core operating areas through organic drilling complemented with strategic acquisitions. We are currently in the process of transforming our business with the goal of being one of the most effective and sustainable producers in the industry.
The Records Administrative Assistant will be responsible for receiving and sending reports on partner operations and looking after well files. This role will provide administrative support to the Engineering team, assisting with production entries and weekly updates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Send and receive reports on partner operations
  • Manage well files
  • AER DDS submissions
  • AER D13 submissions
  • Digitize well files and other files as required
  • Assist with audits and file management and proper disposal of physical files
  • Complete production entries and regulatory submissions
  • Compile weekly updates for the Engineering team
  • Other administrative tasks as required
