Description:
We are recruiting to the role of Postgraduate Research Operations Assistant (Experience & Hub Support), within the Doctoral Academy in the Faculty of Science and Engineering. The Postgraduate Research Operations Assistant will ideally have experience of working in the areas of administrative support in a customer service setting.
We are looking to appoint a candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills. As a natural communicator, you will be the front face of the Doctoral Academy, supporting the Hub desk and responding to Postgraduate Researcher and academics queries. Ideally, you will have experience of supporting events and student focussed activities, strong interpersonal, customer service, have good numeracy skills and be able to support data entry and reporting activities. You will have a customer first attitude, excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail.
