PROJECT SUMMARY

:
Do you have experience of providing internal comms expertise, for either HR or Financial Services projects?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading financial services company), on a Divestment programme.

The project needs a consultant who:

• has previous experience of designing & manage internal communication channels and content
• has the ability to drive employee engagement through innovative and compelling storytelling
• is highly organised and able to juggle a number of priorities & projects at the same time

This role is remote though the stakeholders are based in London so an ability to attend key meetings & workshops in London on an adhoc basis would be a benefit.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

:

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:

• You have approximately 5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably within the technology, HR or financial sectors.
• A natural storyteller with a creative flair, able to articulate complex ideas in an engaging and accessible manner.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation.
