Syneos Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our Biosimilars Sales Team reporting to the District Sales Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the cross-functional teams to enhance the organization’s brand image, engage with target audiences, and increase brand awareness. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, key account management, entrepreneurship, and strong territory management skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Basic CCPE course completion is required
- Experience managing a geographic territory, planning, and maintaining a call cycle required
- Experience in buy and bill, oncology, or immunology highly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience is required, biosimilar selling experience is preferred
- Business travel dependent on location of customers and territory size; occasional evening and weekend work required

- Achieve annual sales objectives and revenue targets for the designated territory.
- Manage external call points, including oncologists, hospitals, retail pharmacies, and specialty pharmacies.
