ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Relief Pharmacist you will provide professional advice and counselling with exceptional communication and customer service skills. You will cover planned leave and ad hoc shifts across the Melbourne metropolitan area. As a Pharmacist you will be responsible for the dispensing of prescriptions, stock control and assisting the Pharmacist in Charge in the day to day running of the Pharmacy. At times you may be required to be the Pharmacist in charge. This position has a full time roster rotating between Monday to Friday, and Tuesday to Saturday.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Dispensing of medications.
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Providing professional counselling and advice to our members and customers.
• Actively promoting and participating in all Professional Service programs (e.g. vaccinations, sleep apnoea etc).
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of current pharmacy practice and guideline standards.
