Pillway is actively seeking a proficient Pharmacy Manager to join our pioneering team in New Site, Manitoba. Position: Pharmacy Manager
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Pharmacist license in Manitoba, in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
  • Significant experience in pharmacy management.
  • Proficiency with Kroll software.
  • Outstanding customer service, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking.
  • An initiative-taking, proactive attitude, ready to lead and innovate.

Responsibilities:

  • Streamline pharmacy operations with a meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory effectively to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements at local, provincial, and federal levels, as mandated by the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team environment through exemplary leadership and management.
  • Approach challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Independently spearhead pharmacy initiatives and patient care programs with a strong sense of leadership and innovation.
  • Initial employment will commence at 25-30 hours per week, with the expectation to gradually increase as the business grows. This structure is designed to support work-life balance while offering the opportunity for role expansion and increased responsibility.
