Position: Pharmacy Manager
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Pharmacist license in Manitoba, in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
- Significant experience in pharmacy management.
- Proficiency with Kroll software.
- Outstanding customer service, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking.
- An initiative-taking, proactive attitude, ready to lead and innovate.
Responsibilities:
- Streamline pharmacy operations with a meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.
- Manage inventory effectively to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements at local, provincial, and federal levels, as mandated by the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
- Cultivate a high-performing team environment through exemplary leadership and management.
- Approach challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Independently spearhead pharmacy initiatives and patient care programs with a strong sense of leadership and innovation.
- Initial employment will commence at 25-30 hours per week, with the expectation to gradually increase as the business grows. This structure is designed to support work-life balance while offering the opportunity for role expansion and increased responsibility.
