Description:
Essential Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Account Manager or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset and approach when interacting with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

As part of this transformation, we are offering a newly created role of Pharmacy Portfolio Manager. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with pharmacies and healthcare providers to ensure the success of our pharmaceutical products and services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account management plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at pharmacies and healthcare providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical teams, to develop and execute account-specific strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to assess performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any challenges.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, as well as competitive products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential expansion areas.
- Provide product training and support to pharmacy staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, track market trends, and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and effectively communicate complex analyses in a clear and actionable manner.
