QUALIFICATIONS

Pharmacy senior case manger - Markham, ON - Healthcare Our ideal candidate
✔ Has 1-3 years of experience in a community or specialty pharmacy setting as a pharmacy assistant, a pharmacy technician or a lead (mandatory);
✔ Is experienced with insuring, reimbursing and adjudication (preferred).
✔ Is comfortable entering patient information using Kroll ;
✔ Is fluently bilingual (mandatory).
✔ Has a team player spirit and good & friendly communications skills since he will be led to engage with clinical staff.

✔ Calling patients and providing accurate information about their medications, their insurances and all other relevant elements;
✔ Acting as the patient proponent while interacting with healthcare providers and insurance companies;
✔ Ensuring reimbursing and adjudication;
✔ Assisting the team with pharmacy assistant duties such as prescription entry, labeling, packaging, answering phones, scanning and filling;
✔ Acting as the main contact for designated clinics from the clinic, field and pharmacy staff with any questions;
✔ Creating the patient profiles and ensuring the enrollment forms are completed.
