ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an exciting Clinical Services Manager role available for a pharmacist looking to advance their career and manage our dynamic Clinical Pharmacy Services for Slade Pharmacy at the Epworth Hospital in Richmond. You will ensure that all pharmacy activities are completed to a high standard. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the clinical pharmacy team leaders at Epworth Richmond to guide and assist their teams in delivering exceptional pharmacy services
- Meet operational KPIs
- Ensure pharmacy compliance with legislative and PBS requirements
- Work in partnership with the broader pharmacy leadership team to provide dispensing and clinical services
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to maximise patient outcomes
- Deliver a high level of clinical pharmacy services to our patients in accordance with professional, legislative and ethical standards
- Provide detailed patient counselling and supportive care recommendations
- Liaise with external stakeholders as well as work closely with the internal pharmacy team to ensure schedules are met
- Participate in clinical education to the pharmacy and wider team within the organisation
