JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant to Senior Pharmacist of CF operations.

• Understand the process and operations.
• Assist pharmacist to Lead a team of up to 15 staff and ensure that all are trained up to the predetermined competency level for the operations.
• Assist pharmacist to develop SOPs and procedure in accordance with the requirement of the customers and in alignment to STL’s policies.
• Plan work schedule and overtime accordingly base on workload.
• Assist pharmacist to provide reports whenever required in relation to the above.
• Assist pharmacist on document control of related documents is maintained timely and effectively.
• Customer engagement on work requirement and deviation reports.
• Ensure compliance of processes to SOP/WI and other GxP requirements.
• Carrying out deviations and CAPA report recommendations.
• Fronting of audit from customer and regulatory body.
• Ensure operations excellence throughout and aims towards zero error in the prescriptions filling due to negligence.
• Ensure Continuous Improvement is part of the operations
• Take on other appropriate assignments from time to time under the direction of the company.
