ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be working closely with our Photo & Video Production Manager to ensure both product and marketing projects are delivered in a timeline manner.
You will be mostly assisting in filming and editing promotional, educational, testimonial, tutorial, livestream, etc. videos which will be produced for our marketing team.
The Video Producer will be filming and editing projects from brief stage through creative development, though to delivery. She/He/They will be also responsible for monitoring our live sessions and ensuring integrated elements of tutorial videos come together on time and meet stakeholder expectations for data integrity and product quality.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly working with our Photo & Video Production Manager during filming sessions
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere. Good knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Lightroom for photo editing and Adobe creative suit.
• An in-depth knowledge of HD based editing hardware.
• Experienced in Photography
• Experienced in recording video material using a stabiliser, monopod, or even handheld style.
• Experienced in colour grading.
• Experienced in working with Blackmagic and DSLR cameras required.
• Knowledge about & experience with various camera and lighting equipment
• Knowledge of video codec
• Demonstrate the ability to ingest, convert and prepare files for outsourcing.
• Highly organized and creative with excellent communication skills.
• Set-up and pull-down live studios for video/photo recording and streaming.
• Working on post-production independently with little direction.
• Must have the right to work permanently and indefinitely in Germany.
• Excellent writing and communication skills Gatekeep the kit inventory room, ensuring in-house and rental kit is returned unscathed.
• Daily utilization of our project management tools.
• Undertake basic logistical research for our Photo & Video Production Manager.
• Use strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm and a desire to develop your skills and experience are essential.
• Able to take/understand constructive analysis of work.
• You’ll take pride in the detail, be highly organized. Passion and love for your job, great spirit, high motivation & creativity
• A hands-on all-rounder who is flexible to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Graphic design skills
• Good interpersonal skills - you are a great team player and co-worker!
