ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

As Security Lead within our Global Workplace Operations Compliance team, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of global strategies, methods, and tools/ technology to ensure adherence to both Ericsson’s Physical Security and Business Continuity (BC) standards, aligning the continuous development of the RE solution. This role is responsible for implementation of the requirements in the “utilise”/operational phase for physical security and business continuity. This is an exciting global role!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and implement transformation projects to improve global security standards. e.g. transformation of the Physical Access Control (PAC) model, tools and processes.
  • Ensure operational control procedures are detailed, implemented, and assessed to ensure compliance and fit for purpose. Report and address deficiencies.
  • Ensure Physical Access authorisation processes for employees and visitors are in place, adopted and audited.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners and report data to key stakeholders.
  • Securing Security competence within the GWO organization, including IFM suppliers via work instructions / handbooks and training.
  • Serve as GWO global guide and primary point of contact for all aspects of security for GWO Security to support security incident management, investigations, audits, exemptions / critical issues.
  • Lead all aspects of Existing Business Continuity Management (BCM) documentation working with Global Hub Leads and IFM partners, to include the creation, testing and reporting of BCM plans.
  • Meet with local CMTF in the event of an actual incident.
  • Manage security platforms and tools globally for BCM and Physical Security
  • Asset discovery Questionnaire (ADQ) – these are to be updated and reviewed annually, Access Control is a key area of focus.
