Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance. Or a graduate of an approved school of physical therapy assistant who is eligible for licensure.
- upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License.
- within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
- 1 year Experience in an acute care facility or a graduate of an approved school of physical therapy assistant who is eligible for licensure.
