Description:

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a positive relationship between the hospital and the physician constituency. Coordinates and prepares ongoing communication with the physicians regarding CME Activities,

  • Performance Expectations:
  • Creates and implements plans to match medical staff educational needs with appropriate resources
  • Exemplary communication abilities to interview medical professionals and administrators to assess their concerns and develop mutually attractive solutions.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of emerging medical trends and technologies
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key physician practices
  • Formulates strategies, and implements programs to educate, build and enhance relationships with physicians
  • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiencies with regard to the CME program
  • Organizes/facilitates meetings between administration, physicians, practice staff and practice administrators.
  • Monthly meetings with manager. Keeps manager updated on physicians concerns with regards to CME.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Perform duties as needed
  • Previous healthcare experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
