Description:
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a positive relationship between the hospital and the physician constituency. Coordinates and prepares ongoing communication with the physicians regarding CME Activities,
- Performance Expectations:
- Creates and implements plans to match medical staff educational needs with appropriate resources
- Exemplary communication abilities to interview medical professionals and administrators to assess their concerns and develop mutually attractive solutions.
- Demonstrates knowledge of emerging medical trends and technologies
- Builds and maintains relationships with key physician practices
- Formulates strategies, and implements programs to educate, build and enhance relationships with physicians
- Identifies opportunities to improve efficiencies with regard to the CME program
- Organizes/facilitates meetings between administration, physicians, practice staff and practice administrators.
- Monthly meetings with manager. Keeps manager updated on physicians concerns with regards to CME.
- Other duties as assigned
- Perform duties as needed
- Previous healthcare experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
