Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Primary Care to join our healthcare team. As a primary care physician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. You will play a crucial role in promoting the overall health and well-being of our patients by providing comprehensive medical care, preventative services, and health education.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations, obtain and interpret medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses, injuries, and health conditions in patients of all ages.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and interventions.
  • Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Provide preventive care services, including immunizations, health screenings, and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality care.
  • Document and maintain accurate medical records and relevant patient information.
  • Stay updated on medical advances and treatments through continuous education and professional development.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and medical care guidelines.
  • Maintain a respectful and compassionate approach towards patients, ensuring their emotional and physical comfort.
  • Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Supervise and mentor medical students, residents, and healthcare staff as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Successful completion of a residency program in primary care.
  • Board certification in primary care specialty (e.g., Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics).
  • Valid state medical license to practice medicine.
  • Excellent clinical skills and proficiency in medical procedures, such as outpatient surgeries and minor treatments.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and effectively communicate complex medical information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up care.
  • Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other medical software.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on current medical research and practices.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize patient care tasks.
  • Adherence to high ethical standards and commitment to patient advocacy.
