POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible to support various stages of the faculty and physician recruitment process and identify, assess, interview, and shortlist candidates for open vacancies. They will facilitate the academic recruitment process by sourcing candidates to assist various departments within the School of Medicine identify potential candidates with the oversight of the Assistant Director of Physician Recruitment; responsible for appropriate follow-through with faculty candidates within assigned areas to recruit and assist departments with itineraries for candidate’s interviews; and ability to provide onsite support to help enhance the candidate experience during visits. The Recruiting Specialist is also responsible for appropriate follow-through on administrative support and committee work that will enhance the faculty candidate experience.
