Physiotherapist - Advanced (Musculoskeletal Emergency Department)

About the role
Permanent opportunity to deliver compassionate advanced level, independent primary contact physiotherapy examination, investigation, diagnosis and case management of patients presenting to the TPCH Emergency Department and Kallangur Satellite Hospital, Metro North Health and Queensland Health.
About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health’s values:

• Utilise a strong clinical background in all core areas of physiotherapy and an advanced level of clinical knowledge skill and expertise in speciality area of Musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
• Lead high quality service improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of research and service improvement activities within the physiotherapy and clinical program at a facility and HHS level.
• Provide advanced level clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding service delivery
