Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our vibrant team at Caboolture Allied Health Centre. We are looking for great people, doing great things by improving life for all of our clients. Work in the state of the art facilities!!

Your day to day will encompass:

• Helping clients with physical difficulties from injury, illness, disability, developmental delay or aging improve their movement, function and quality of life
• Provide a full range of services to clients including clinical assessments, treatments, rehabilitation and therapy to help people who are currently unable to function to their desired capacity.
• Manage the client journey and outcomes through evidence-based and best practice
• Actively promote clients health and wellbeing with advice and education to empower long term management
• Work as a team using our multidisciplinary approach through case conference and connected care to ensure clients receive co-ordinated care that fulfils their needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist
• Experience working with Government funding programs including Medicare, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
• Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
• Disability Worker’s Screening card & Blue Card
