We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Rotational Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our team in North Tees and Hartlepool Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide a high standard of physiotherapy services to patients with diverse conditions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate appropriate treatment plans based on the assessment findings Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions to patients across a range of clinical settings, including acute inpatient, outpatient, and community settings Use clinical reasoning to modify treatment plans and goals as required Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Document patient progress and maintain accurate patient records Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge Requirements: Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Evidence of continuing professional development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills A positive attitude towards change and innovation Ability to work flexibly across different clinical settings and location
