Job Title: Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist/Speech Pathologist/Podiatrist/Psychologist
Location: Various locations across Victoria

Our clients, a reputable healthcare organization, are seeking talented and experienced Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Podistrists and Psychologists across Australia to join their teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients and collaborating with other allied health professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes.
You will play a key role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of settings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant Allied Health discipline, such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology or Psychology
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body in Australia (e.g., AHPRA, SPA)
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with a diverse range of patients and conditions
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement
  • Eligibility to work in Australia

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilities.
  • Conducting patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Working within the NDIS to maximise clients’ level of function, capacity & social engagement.
  • Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields).
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Participating in professional development and continuing education opportunities.
