This role is primarily as a service picker; however, you will fill in for customer service for the last two hours of each shift. The variety of tasks:

• Picking goods accurately whilst ensuring picking productivity targets are achieved.
• Operating handheld devices – processing orders.
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and tidy.
• Observing all operational safety procedures, including safety inspections.
• Ensuring that excellent Customer Service is always delivered.
