PIZZA HUT IS COMING TO TOWN AND ARE LOOKING FOR AN AREA COACH - IS THAT YOU?

As our Area Coach you will be responsible for the management teams of 3-4 restaurants in the greater Copenhagen area . Most daily tasks will be to ensure the operations runs smoothly sometimes it can be necessary for you to step in and give a hand. Using your business expertise and management skills, you keep both your team and your customers happy.
As our leader , who embraces a Growth Mindset, you consistently demonstrate intelligence, empathy, and bravery in everything you do. You set high standards not only for yourself but also for those around you, always pushing to achieve you and your teams best.

EDUCATION & OTHER SKILLS:

• Great at communicating in both written and spoken Danish and English.
• Knowledgeable about salary percentages and kitchen percentages.
• Good with budgets.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Management experience
• Training experience
