Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare on time shipments from the warehouses to the customer
  • Fulfill the according procedures and documents through SAP related to shipments towards the customers
  • Check, prepare and update customer delivery related information in SAP based on onhands documents like: CMR and invoice.
  • Proactively detect product and availability issues, work with customer service when required to resolve back order issues.
  • Support inbound logistic tasks to facilitate w/h activities
  • Analyse customer requirements and solve any problems related to to this.
  • Participate at the annual stocktake activities
  • Optimise demand plans in order to align with inventory targets and preserve customers service level.
  • Communicate effectively with company’s other departments

Qualifications:

  • University Degree Diploma
  • Experience in field 2 years
  • SAP, Logistics Planning
  • English
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven ability to deal effectively with suppliers and all employee levels
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at once and to work in a fast-paced environment
