Following successful contract awards with Transport For London on London Underground for the Piccadilly Line power upgrade and Beckton Depot. We are excited to have a wide range of works to accomplish.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive construction project schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely project delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Ensure that the programme content is compliant with the planning procedures and guidance.
  • Develop and agree in collaboration a logical sequence ensuring that the most efficient design, procurement & construction strategy is adopted for the delivery of the works.
  • Generate the tender programme and supporting information in accordance with tender requirements.
  • Produce, manage and maintain the Contract Programme in accordance with planning procedures under the guidance of the Planning/Project Lead.
  • Display and evaluate the project critical path and advise the project team of the results and any appropriate corrective action.
  • Produce and maintain project baselines and execute the change control process as appropriate.
  • Manage labour, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project objectives while minimizing costs and delays.
  • Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring performance, and resolving contract-related issues.
