Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Information Services Department in the role of Planning and Coordination Support Manager within our Information Programmes Management team.
This is a great development opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who already has some project support and operational administration experience, who wants to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain , manage and support elements of the delivery of the Information Services work programme for specific projects across workstreams
Project planning, co-ordination and reporting
Service Portfolio (service management)
Compliance with ISO standards
Information Sharing Agreements
Risk management
Change management
Organisation/facilitation of key meetings, conferences and workshops
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
