ABOUT YOU
Ideally you will have:
- Approximately 5+ years’ experience in planning and environment law (advisory and litigious)
- Exceptional technical and drafting skills
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- An enquiring mind as well as a possessing sound judgement and a can-do attitude
- A commitment to team work and achieving challenging objectives
- Strong academic qualifications
- You may have a background of working in government and be keen to make your move into a private practice law firm. Alternatively, you will be doing similar work in another firm and looking for a new opportunity.

We have an opportunity for a Planning & Environment Lawyer to join our successful Public Law team. This role will give a motivated senior Lawyer who is passionate about Planning & Environment law the opportunity to further develop their skills and progress their career working in a collaborative culture on a broad range of public law, planning and environment matters.
You will be involved in many aspects of our practice in a litigious and non-litigious capacity. There is a broad range of work including contaminated sites, environmental compliance, contracts and procurement, compulsory acquisitions along with disputes & litigation matters (such as class 1,3, 4 and 5 appeals), NCAT and AAT matters, as well as judicial review.
