Our Capital Planning team now has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic team leader. Based 3 days per week from our modern Dandenong South office, this is a hybrid role with the option to work 2 days per week from home.

ABOUT YOU

You will be someone who prides yourself on being well organised and enjoys leading by example. You have initiative and enthusiasm, with ability to juggle conflicting priorities and are looking for a role that’s more than just sitting behind a desk. Of course, you have great attention to detail, but it’s how you build relationships that make the difference.
You must have a experience within a manufacturing / industrial business and understand the sales process. You will bring well developed negotiation skills and be able to adapt and problem solve.

OTHER SKILLS THAT ARE DESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL) INCLUDE:

• Project Management
• Six Sigma (green belt or higher)
• Experience with CRM systems
• Supply Chain Management
  A degree in a related field would be of benefit and a sense of humour will also set you in good stead!

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this hands on position, you will be supporting our National Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee a small but dedicated sales administration and production planning team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Coordinating the capital equipment planning process from order entry to delivery
• Delivering continuous improvement projects to optimise efficiency to the sales and capital production process
• Ensuring the workshop team produce machines as per order in full on time.
• Assisting with IFOT delivery for capital orders to achieve business plan targets
• Overseeing the OPS process to ensure correct administration of all capital sales orders
