Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

The Planning and Resource Management team deliver the Planning and Kronos administration functions. Theyplan, allocate and recording actuals in the LHR resource plan. Providing the planning and resource management function, you will be responsible for monitoring and forecasting the day-to-day resourcing for the operation. You willensure staffing levels are sufficient to meet the contractual service level agreements of our customers, as well as ensuring we remain within budget constraints. In addition, you will also provide administrative support by clearing exceptions in the Kronos system, to ensure “actuals” are recorded accurately in the resource plan.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Responsible for providing the operational team with adequate resource to deliver our service level agreements.
  • Responsible for the forward planning of staffing resource levels to ensure a seamless product is deliverable.
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of staff roster to include but not limited to overtime, shift swaps,absences and re-rosters as required.
  • Process the Kronos system clearing exceptions on a daily basis and communicating effectively with Operational Managers when required.
  • Identify additional daily hours required and notify the operation of the requirement, administer these hours once authorised.
  • Ensure roster adheres to Working Time Directive.
  • Process monthly payroll including overtime and deductions
  • Record all sickness data for SSP purposes, calculate and process any sick pay deductions in accordance with the company’s sick pay policy.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
  • Responsible for authorising and entering employee shift changes into the automated system.
