Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance Planning, you will efficiently manage and provide leadership to the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Shutdown Planning teams to ensure all performance targets for Mining equipment and Coal handling & processing plant are achieved in a coordinated, cost effective, timely and safe manner. This role will be working a 7/7 roster.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling team to ensure optimal workflow processes for mining equipment and processing plants.
  • Maintain work management processes, including initiating Master Data requests and upholding system integrity in the CMMS database.
  • Monitor and support the planning process to ensure timely production of quality maintenance plans and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Prioritise safety in maintenance work management by anticipating hazards and promoting proactive measures to reduce risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and performance standards, including coordinating maintenance plans for statutory assets.
  • Liaise between departments and suppliers to achieve maintenance planning outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities to team members, fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with Curragh Principles.
