Responsibilities:

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Supporting end-to-end order fulfilment process with internal and external vendors to ensure product availability.
  • Pro-actively working with vendors to resolve any potential supply delays.
  • Communication of supply shortages / excess with key stake holders and provide visibility of potential supply interruptions to external/internal customers.
  • Identify and resolve supply exceptions through orders management, re-allocation of existing inventory and reviewing safety stock parameters.
  • Maintaining planning system data to assure highest possible level of data integrity.
  • Delivering required reports, metrics and analysis as need in a timely manner.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • +2 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in a FMCG business.
  • Experience in planning in an MRP-based production environment and SAP knowledge required.
  • Import/Export documentations experience would be an advantage.
  • Independent and resourceful team player, able to multi-task and excel in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
