  • Previous experience and a sound knowledge of construction techniques, with a good commercial and contractual acumen.
  • Ideally experienced in Fit Out & Services to multi-level buildings
  • A demonstrable ability to develop, own and drive programmes, along with managing sub-contractor programmes.
  • A clear ability for logical thinking and working in an ordered fashion.
  • Experience and understanding of planning techniques.
  • The ability to communicate effectively.
  • Capability in the use of some standard planning software, (preferably P6) and 4D software – training/support will be available as and when required.
  • Knowledgeable in use of design software (CAD and Civils 3D, Revit), able to read & interrogate 3D models.
  • The ability to work to defined, often challenging, timescales.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships on projects and interface with operational teams.
  • Commercial awareness of NEC 4- training will be given as required
  • Must be able to pass all National Security checks for MOD facilities
