Mission

As a Planning & Scheduling Officer you will:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and other methodology.
• Implement effective progress measurement techniques and methods.
• Generate three-week and three-month look-ahead schedules.
• Regularly update and analyze the Projects’ Master Schedule, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Prepare accurate progress reports, documenting scope changes and variances.
• Assist sales teams in defining preliminary time schedules.
• Monitor construction site progress and integrate data into the Project Master Schedule.
• Analyze progress performances, attend meetings, and ensure consistent project reporting.

Profile

• You have 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial Project Management or Construction Site planning.
• Proficiency in Project Scheduling software, especially MS Project (mandatory) and Primavera P6 (preferred). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data visualization and familiarity with Power BI.
• Comprehensive understanding of Project Scope of Work.
• You speak French (Mandatory) and English fluently
