The Laboratory Chemicals Division (LCD) provides chemistry solutions and supports global customers from research and development through to manufacturing.
A dynamic opportunity that is responsible for driving and leading the operations of the Ward Hill, MA site. Impactful by ensuring production in support of business unit goals, as well as the strategic and annual operating plans. You will take this critically important operation to the next level by delivering on growth expectations and through expanding capabilities, establishing systems and efficient methods for producing high-quality products and fulfilling orders essential for the scientific community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within fast paced complex supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with leading teams in a regulated hazardous environment, focused on safety and controlled substance compliance.
- Strong track record of driving operational excellence, cost reduction, and continuous improvement process improvement initiatives.
- Senior Operations leadership experience in a complex, and matrixed supply chain operations environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
